LAKSHMANAS (PECT- Postal, e-suggestion, clinical and telesuggestions )

This was started by Dr.Aruchamy Lakshmanaswamy at Pollachi. The concept of ‘Lakshmanas suggestions’ is based on health monitoring and postal, e-medicine, clinical and telemedicine (PECT). Lakshmanas suggestions, counseling for patients can be obtained through post, e -mail, clinical or telephone from Dr.Aruchamy Lakshmanaswamy and his team. The aim is monitoring of health, clinical symptoms, diet, drugs and its adverse effects, drug interactions etc. This will help in identifying the cause of many disorders like dietary factors predisposing to various disorders which can be also used as a passive way of research in medicine. The members who join this scheme can get suggestions by post, e- mail, clinical examination or telephone. If needed to be examined clinically or clinical condition warrants you may be asked to come in person or visit any of the centers or a doctor nearby your place. Also recording the clinical symptoms, treatment, drug intake and its adverse effects etc will help in early suspicion of various disorders and early intervention.
